TBT to when @michaelthetrainer and I presented @sklz to @bvb09 and @s04. Found this in the gym and had to try. Only bad part was the ball was flat and eventually flew off. I replaced it with a SKLZ Ball with air in is and it was much better.

Simple warm up, part 1- Inside of the foot across your body. Part 2- outside foot. Focus is on balance, quality first touch and vision between every touch if possible. The trick is learn it slowly and make sure the vision aspect is there.
