5 years ago, after attending the Authority Partners’ presentation at JobFair, I applied for an internship program AP Lab. I got accepted, and shortly after, I was working with another 14 individuals and an AP Lab mentor to sharpen our programming skills over a three-month journey. I got a chance to meet and hang out with new people, receive mentoring from industry experts with years of hands-on experience in the field, and in the end, I got the opportunity to join Authori...ty Partners. It was an excellent experience for me, and, shortly after the internship program ended, I joined Authority Partners. Five years after, I'm performing the role of a Program Architect. It might sound like a cliché but being surrounded by people who trust you and your skills is the key to success. I was lucky to have such people by my side when I started my professional career. After completing the AP Lab internship program, he joined the company as a full-stack developer. A big tech lover, he enjoys working on side projects and trying out new frameworks and solutions. Being on both sides of the internship program gives him a unique perspective on the whole internship to the employment process.
