Lets hope there is really an honest to goodness improvement. So far the backlog is still evident and for sure will take a bit more time before results are actually seen and felt. BTW, the article below only addresses the South Harbor. Not too many international vessels call on the South. Most of us have shifted to the North Harbor to minimize delays. The shipping lines still tell us activities at the ports are still crawling like a snail. Their vessels are still in queue.
