My morning job walk with crisp, clear, and chilly conditions. The winter blue sky really complements the finishes. I must say they are turning out beautifully.

Knowing what materials to use on a design is always difficult. So far I’m happy with the outcome. The steel trellis fits the scale of the large patio. Now we’re wrapping up for the rest of the exterior finishes.

It’s so rewarding to have happy clients and see their home come to life. It’s even more rewarding to see the finished product come out exactly as intended. Congratulations @leucadiablue on executing final sign off with the City of Encinitas.

Steel trellises were set today. It was a nail biter. Over 15,000 lbs of steel flying 40 ft in the air over the top of both buildings. They landed perfectly (within 1/4 tolerance). My team rocks. #designpathstudio #motherwifearchitect #goteam
