Fundraising Nights of Theater (FNOT) 2019: Dance Concert San Diego Civic Dance Association Invites You To a Very Special Evening of Dance in the beautiful and historic Casa del Prado Theatre in Balboa Park. San Diego Civic Dance Companies performing Encore favorites from their critically acclaimed Collage 2019: Dream Big and previews of Collage 2020: Why We Dance.... Featuring work by Emmy Award Winning Choreographer, Mia Michaels along with new work by Kenji Igus, Madison Hicks and local artists Michael Mizerany and Donna Flournoy along with Collage 2019 favorites. Collage features various dance styles such as tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, modern, musical theater & Bollywood. Along with breathtaking costumes, imaginative set pieces and gorgeous theatrical lighting, our professionally trained dancers deliver a show that is certain to impress. I went to the opening night performance of Dream Big. It was one of the best shows I’ve seen since moving here from New York. Did truly remind me of an off Broadway show. Had the pulse, it was great, the costumes; everything was great. It was such a positive experience.
