Hey everyone!! Hope you are all staying healthy and being safe. It's been a hard couple of weeks but I'm grateful for everything life has given and is giving me. NISSA has gone into hibernation mode for the moment since individual gelato and espresso drinks don't do really well with delivery ; ) I do ask that you support the food trucks and small food businesses that are offering delivery and takeout. It's a struggle, yes, and this will pass. Stay strong. Update on the es...presso machine rebuild: This project came at the right moment it seems. Just received the brew boiler (picture#1) and along with all the other pieces I've been receiving for the last couple of weeks, I'm ready to start putting it back together. Here are before and after pictures of the steam boiler. I cleaned 29 years of calcium build up! Looking forward to sharing more posts on this and getting back to working events once all this passes. Update on the rebuild! Slow but sure. Stripped it down to the bolts and ordered the necessary parts. Lots of cleaning!
