And this is why we love the toe out kick. Never condone violence, but in a fight when your health and of course pretty face :) is on the line, its a fight and needs to end quickly. I believe Master Hsu said "you punch me, I break your skin. You break my skin, I break your bone. You break my bone, I kill you." In other words, you take it just one level higher to make sure it ends quickly and they don't want to try again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5t0BGh3L8Q

Here is what happens when you begin to train, no mater what the activity is, with load before you fix any imbalances. What you are doing is not on ly reinforcing the wrong movement pattern but you are doing it under a load which will break down your tissues and place stress on your frame that should not be there. What do you think happens next? Pain, degeneration, injuries, loss of function, loss of training, breakdown....in other words, nothing good. So before starting any new training, routine, workout, activity, make sure that there are no injuries that need to be addressed and/or corrected so you don't make things worse. https://www.youtube.com/watch
