Although the COVID-19 virus is in effect HOMELESSNESS does not cease!! I got a call from a man asking for Shelter, He said The shelters are not taking new people and I don’t have the Coronavirus will you take me? I said we are also on Quarantine as well but if you call back on Friday have a negative test, I will pray about it, I have a bed for you. He called back, I took him in immediately into Retraining the Village!! Turns out.... HE IS AN ARTIST!! Mr. Reyes is an outstanding artist and was able to participate in an ART GALLERY SHOW ONLINE (God is amazing)!!!

Let’s change how we ok at MENTAL HEALTH in California by providing great QUALITY HUMAN CARE, and Changing the face and functionality of SHELTER LIVING. Retraining The Village gives a hand up, not a hand out, to homeless or previously incarcerated men in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The village provides s...hort term housing, rehabilitation services, and vocation training to prepare these men for re-entry into their community. It takes a village to change lives for the better.
