Attention Meal Card Holders. The AFMIS system in the Dining Facilities is being updated. Effective Saturday, 15 May there will no longer be an override function for the Meal Entitlement Code (MEC), for improperly coded (SIK or BAS) or expired CAC Cards. A DA Form 3032 (Signature Headcount Sheet) will be used for those experiencing problems as an interim solution. All Soldiers who experience problems must see their unit S1 section to have their CAC Cards updated with the proper MEC codes. For questions, contact the Installation Food Service Advisor (SFC Rasmussen) at 380-9533 or by email at [email protected]. From sitting atop austere terrain in overwatch, to flying alongside rotational units, the OH-58 Kiowa has been a fixture of the National Training Center/Fort Irwin for 26 years, providing critical aviation support in training our Nation’s warfighters. The installation conducted a ceremonious departure of the OH-58 Kiowa to honor decades of service to the U.S. Army meanwhile welcoming the LUH-72s Lakota, which will now be the workhorse that ensures Operations Group, National Training Center will Train the Force well into the future.
