Seeking Parent Speakers for IUSD Career Exploration Program This year, all of the high schools within IUSD are partnering together to create the "Pursue Your Passion" career exploration program via Zoom. Just like the NHS career speaker program, it will give students the availability to connect with industry professionals and gain insight on the different industry occupations. It will also give our Northwood students an opportunity to participate in the series with a broader ...speaker base to draw from. Finter sports (Cross Country, Football, Boys/Girls Volleyball, Boys/Girls Water Polo) season begins Monday, November 2nd. Voluntary parent donations are key to providing additional coaches, tournaments, equipment, athlete awards, and other various costs that go beyond what IUSD funds for each program. We invite parents of athletes in finter sports to support their programs by donating to NHS Athletics Boosters Club. All other spring sports will continue to run workshops... until their season begins on January 25th. The deadline for entries has been extended to Tuesday, October 20 at 11:59 PM. All submissions are virtual due to Covid 19. Please note: NHS Hybrid, Blended, and IVA students are all welcome to participate. There are two divisions (High School: Grades 9th-12th and Special Artist). All entries must be new pieces of artwork inspired by this year's theme. All entries must be submitted via the Reflection Entry form and must be less than 1GB in file size.... Since Visual Art is now digital, the original dimension requirements are not valid, but the file size is important.
