This is why I really enjoy working with new wrestlers. It helps me understand and teach my moves better. If I can’t teach someone that is new to wrestling the move then I don’t know the move fully.

Personally I have had the privilege to work with Kodiak for the past four years and of everyone I have worked with he has been the most improved physically and mentally.
