Inside the patient compartment of their conversion you will find they have a forward facing attendant seat with work station & a writing table; which converts into a steel and powder coated side facing squad bench. Sometimes we get to think outside the box and build something other than ambulances. This high roof Type II Ford Transit van was proudly custom built by Leader for Venice Family Clinic in Venice, CA. Onboard you will find a sink in the rear & a dual fridge to keep medications and samples in a separate controlled climate. You will also find custom swivel mount attendant seats that allow medical staff to face the rear while treating a patient or ride forward facing while driving. Have you ever seen a modular ambulance remounted 3x? Well now you have! This is the third chassis & remount for this same box for San Luis Ambulance. The mileage on the last chassis was approximately 200k. Most modular ambulance boxes can be remounted, whether you’ve simply worn out the chassis, have exceeded the recommended mileage, or even if your rig was in an accident.
