Does the chatter and distraction ever seem to go away? While we have these beautiful bodies, minds, and Earth experiences, unfortunately it won’t ever stop. The key becomes learning how to set our temporary nature aside (at least once a day!) to hear the wisdom of our Higher Selves. We are all intuitive beings, sometimes it just gets buried under the slower, lower, and denser frequencies of the human experience. ... Try this mediation: 1. Find a comfortable place free from distraction. 2. Take a few deep cleansing breaths. 3. Scan your body from the crown of your head to the souls of the feet and consciously release any tightness, tension, or holding in your muscles. 4. Quiet the mind by setting the roles of you life aside...outside the door of the room you are in, or by a tree or a rock if you are outside. Place your roles as daughters and sons, mothers and fathers, roles with careers, etc aside and all the stories that go along with these roles. In that moment, you don’t have to be anyone of them. 5. Focus your gaze on your 3rd eye (space between your eyebrows), your center for your intuition. 6. Ask your Higher Self how you can love your way through any challenging situation you are facing.
