THIS LIFT IS FOR YOU! NOVEMBER 23, 2019! Attend and donate! This fundraiser is for victims of domestic violence and women and homelessness called, This Lift is For YOU! ... Crossfit Sebastopol has donated their space and time to host the event and a workout. Anyone and every one is invited! The workout will be a challenge but mostly FUN! The funds raised will go to a local home and non-profit for women who are actively working to remove their family from homlessness, called the Gilead House in Novato. Donate supplies, raffle tickets, tables, cups, plates, chairs, decorations and time setting up and breaking down for event. 7. Or all of the above! :) THE Goal: 1. 2021, thank you for being here for new experiences and for being a part of my journey. Here is to new beginnings, reinventing, reaching goals, steppping out into things that make me uncomfortable, reaching up to things, up to now i have only thought about and now am working towards. Not because it will be an "easier" year but because if i don't who will do it for me? Cheers to 2021!
