I am a happy camper today after a visit yesterday from Richmond Vacuum & Sewing Center in Richmond. Wilson made a home visit and I avoided having to take my sewing machine out of the cabinet for the third time. I had taken my Kenmore to another repair place twice and that turned out to be a nightmare after two visits. The man was rude right from the start and he did not like to be asked questions. Now all I have to do is call Richmond Vacuum & Sewing Center in Richmond at (510) 374-6625 and I know that I will get good service at a reasonable price. In fact, after I told my sister about my positive experience and finally getting my sewing machine fixed, she now wants to come for a visit and bring her three sewing machines for service.
