I had a fancy edit with music and everything but I preferred the simple clanging and banging of the Iron more appealing. Now that gyms are back open this week I'm curious to know, what movements or pieces of equipment are you looking most forward to attacking?

What's up everyone! I want to bring back a group hike for this turn of the season. This cool weather makes it great to get outside for a hike. We'll be meeting at the Greek Theatre, passing the Griffith Observatory and making our way up to Dante's Peak. It's an easy to moderate hike that everyone can participate in. Bring a smile, bring a friend and join the fun!

The first step to hitting your target is BELIEVING that you can do it. Sometimes that requires a little "Figuring it out" but with enough practice and some good guidance you can hit your mark. On Friday, the first timers learned how to shoot and they all hit their s by the end of the night. I know that with enough practice they too can hit their s.
