MECHANICS -CONSISTENCY -INTENSITY In our youth and teen programs we follow these guidelines. We want our athletes to first master the fundamentals of safe, effi...cient movement. Then we want to see them demonstrate proper movement repeatedly over time. Once they have accomplished this, they are allowed to implement intensity. Our youth and teen CrossFit classes have had a successful October. Our focus this month has been on the deadlift, push jerk, and of course having fun! Don't miss out for the month of November where we will focus our attention on the power clean and variations of proper squat mechanics.....and of course FUN
