Did you know that November is recognized as Alzheimer's Awareness Month? In honor of this, the Carlton Senior Living Sacramento community has partnered with students from UC Davis to collaborate three times a week via Zoom to engage in the Brain Exercise Initiative. The goal of this non-profit program is to improve cognitive functioning through the utilization of simple math, writing and reading aloud exercises for those living with a diagnosis of Alzheimer's.
