Eviction crisis in America. This video is sad to watch. Surprising, I know what it’s like to be evicted more than once that’s why it’s always such a joy for me to be part of the process with helping someone get into a house. However, the average sales price from last May to this May only dropped $17,000. Has COVID-19 really devastated the housing market or just paused the sale of homes for a moment?
