Thank you for the art supplies, paper goods, hygiene kits and so much more. We truly appreciate our community responding to our wish list. We would also like to thank our Housing/Case Managers along with the help from other resources to get residents housed. We were able to house another client today. Way to go team!!

Everyone meet Mukul Mohanty, Eagle Scout of Troop 499. Mukul reached out to Bridge To Home to discuss his Eagle Scout project for our shelter. Mukul designed and built the storage units, shelf and bench. He did a great job with the help of his parents and Eagle Scout leaders. We appreciate his dedication and hard work during this time. Mukul’s inspiration for this project came from his other volunteering experiences at Bridge to Home. While partaking in an event to renovate and paint Bridge to Home’s temporary trailers, he realized that this shelter would be a perfect place for him to help and restore its decor. He contacted Shelter Manager and was able to carry out his Eagle Project under Shelter Manager supervision and advice. He would like to thank Bridge to Home for this opportunity to give back to my community!

Every other Wednesday at 2:30 PM, Rachel volunteers at our shelter to do arts and craft with our residents. Today was rock painting and residents enjoyed time connecting. Thank you, Rachel for taking time to bring joy to our residents through art and crafts. We appreciate you!
