Please send all vendor information that is needed directly to the Queen Mary at the following email address: Valli.O'[email protected] I am enclosing the in...formation that Valli sent me this morning concerning what she needs from all vendors. Please forward this information to her prior to 12 noon on Monday as I will be meeting with Valli and the QM staff to make sure everything is set up correctly and is waiting for you with no problems. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW HER INSTRUCTIONS! VERY IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE CC ME AS YOU ARE SENDING TO vALLI OR DROP ME A NOTE THAT YOU HAVE SENT TO HER SO THAT I CAN MARK YOU OFF MY LIST. I NEED TO KNOW THAT EVERYONE HAS COMPLETED BY NOON MONDAY! If you need internet in the meeting rooms, the cost is $150 for the first line and $50 for each additional line. Vendors-please forward the names of all vendors along with a list of items they will bringing on the ship, email addresses and phone numbers by Monday. o I will be sending each of them the attached load in instructions so they will know where to check in, etc. o At least 3 days prior to arrival, I will need to obtain a list of all items coming on board the ship in order to determine whether insurance is required As long as we have the set-up instructions by Monday, we can have the Exhibit Hall set up for Friday night load in o Caveat, you need to make certain that vendors do not leave any food inside the Exhibit Hall overnight.
