Tonight our county OES Director, John Osbourn, called the California Governor's stay home directive 'unexpect...ed' -- leading us to conclude our county's Office of Emergency Services believes suppressing this virus now is not something that should be prioritized, and not something the director, John Osbourn, believes is necessary. He is on video sharing that the Governor merely wants to warn us and that he and county officials were completely surprised with the announcement. In contrast, Italy's doctors prepared this interview with Sky News. They desperately want to show the United States that working as hard as they can they can only save as many people as those who die in their care over 24 hours. Please evolve Calaveras County Office of Emergency Services and show us the steps you are taking to save the lives of Calaveras County residents.
