New Class! PiYo begins Monday, January 8th at 11:00am with Stacy. PiYo is a low impact workout that combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates, with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. Come give it a try! Remember you can always take a class for free to check it out.

We are excited to announce that we have officially moved into our new building. We are now located at 6410 Clark Rd, directly across from the Post Office. The space is about 3 times as big!! We have a dedicated spin room and a large open concept main exercise floor. Come check it out!
