Peppertree Park Restroom Expansion and Playground Renovation Peppertree Park, built in 1972 and located adjacent to the Tustin Area Senior Center, is highly uti...lized for a variety of enjoyable community activities, including Concerts in the Park, Movies in the Park, Lobster Fest, and Chili Cook-Off. The Peppertree Park Restroom Expansion and Playground Renovation Project includes restroom renovations, new landscaping, irrigation, turf, senior center community garden, playground equipment, rubberize playground surfacing, infield renovation and a series of accessibility improvements in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). A construction fence has been installed around the perimeter and will remain in place until the park is complete. The estimated completion of construction is May 1, 2021 in anticipation of a new schedule of enjoyable park activities.
