Good morning, We were notified by the MEDS development team that there was going to be a new update pushed to the MEDS tablets today. Please check your corporate emails for the attachment. The most important change is #3. Please make sure you read and understand what you will need to do regarding the new Fire Incident Number. I included pictures of the pager and ES Chat, where you can clearly see where the Case # is located, pictures are located in the email that was sent... to everyone in the attachment. As long as you Create PCR from Incident or Update From CAD prior to transmitting, this number will auto populate and you won’t need to worry about entering it.
