It is a beautiful day on the flight line here at Travis AFB! Congratulations to our newest KC-10 Crew Chief! He is excited to learn a new skill set to further his mechanical knowledge for a civilian career as well as use the $15,000 BONUS that comes with choosing this job.

We don’t think it is fair for us to celebrate the enlistments of the 349th AMW secretly any longer and we are excited to share with you all! Welcome the newest member of the 349th! He will be joining the 79th Air Refueling Squadron as an Aviation Resource Manager.

So proud of this girl! She not only just graduated from Vanden High School, but she just enlisted into the Air Force Reserve! When she was in high school she completed 3 years of AF JROTC and wanted to continue to learn and serve. She also wants to use her MGIB-Kicker to help pay for her college and support her! Thank you Colonel McLaughlin, 349th Wing Commander, for administering the Oath of Enlistment.
