Isidro Garcia, Referee Assignor: Teaching our membership how to play the game the right way is one of our many objectives. Equally as important for our club and soccer community is attaining and managing a core team of certified referees to run our home games. All must go through the proper US Soccer Federation coursework, and keep up with yearly recertifications. Many of our club players ages 14-18 are part of this team. Director of Coching. Sergio Herrera Our club has set minimum standards for all our coaches on attaining the proper licensing following the coursework offered by the US Soccer Federation. It is important that we continue to raise the bar for all in pursuit of higher levels of certification. As club administrators it is our responsibility to find the ways to properly guide, facilitate, and when feasible subsidize these courses.
