Happy Hump day!! How is your 2021 going so far?? So crazy writing that number . So many of us are still embracing the home workout movement with gyms closed or in very low capacity. BUT guess what? You dont need a gym to get fit or stay fit. .... I haven't stepped foot in a gym in almost 11 yrs!!! I love home workouts. Its quicker, less waisted time, no waiting for machines, driving, etc. If you can disipline yourself its truly amazing! . Here is a great lower body and cardio workout. This one is zero equipment, just good body weight exercises, set up in a hiit format for max burn in the shortest amount of time. . So set up your timers (i use a great app for intervals, ill screen shot it and add it to my stories) 40/20 is the set up, 8 exercises 3 rounds. Thats only 24 min y'all, and trust me, if you push hard, you wont want it amy longer. . So make sure to SAVETAGLIKESHARE . TURN UP THE AND HAVE FUN WITH IT!!!! See more

Hope y'all are having an awesome Christmas week!!! . I love home workouts, i love the convenience, the lack of excuses, the quickness and the results!. . This yr more than any im so grateful I've designed my fitness around working out from home. ... . Now ive been collecting equipment slowly for along time, so dont think for a min that you have to have it all to make home fitness work. There are a few must haves though if you are transitioning from body weight to equipment. . One of my first purchases was the Equalizer by @lebertfitness . Women this is especially important for us, we spend so much time physically comparing ourselves to what we see in pictures. A picture only tells part of a story. Your picture is perfect as well because its your story. . Its healthy to set goals and have wants and admiration but never at the fault of yourself. . Working out when you feel like watching tv. Saying no to crap food even though you think you want it. . Notice the trend here? Mental Strength is such an important part of your success. ... Positive thinking, positive actions are a whole. . Make sure when you are on a life journey to make change that dont ignore your inner self. . I know you've heard this. Fitness is a lifestyle change. HAPPY TUESDAY FIT FAM . I'll tell you something life is crazy right now. Between homeschooling 3 kids full time, being a mom, keeping a house in order, pets, sports, errands, husband and more..... . But i still make time to workout. Why? Because its my time to decompress. Ive now had to shift my daily schedule to make it work though. Ive put my priorities in order. I know im a better me when i make it happen. So as much as I hate waking up early, that's what im doing. Its ...where i can make it fit. . My point is, dont make excuses. If you want something enough figure out a way to have it. You are in control of your own life. You make it what you want. . So with that said here is a great back akd biceps workout. I did 40 sec work 10 sec rest. 3 rounds. You can also do 10-12 reps 3x. I prefer the timer because it takes away un needed rest. The timer is my push. It gets it done. Happy Tuesday!! . Hows everyone enjoying fall so far? Im a summer girl through and through but im trying my hardest to embrace the change. .... This past week has been insanely busy with my sons birthday, multiple parties, pumpkin patching with our homeschool crew and just lots of fun!!! . But I wanted to fullfill a request I had this week for Back workout!!! I feel like its sometimes forgotten but so important. I use back alot but back specific workouts I like never get as much love. . Ladies especially need to not forget this area. We have breasts, which automatically creates a pull on the front sides of our body. Many women will round their shoulders forwards almost in a protective manner without even realizing it. We have babies, same situation. We carry kids around all day long on our hips or in carriers. Picking them up, carrying groceries, laundry baskets etc.... our backs need to be strong. . So although it lay not he as fun as leg day or booty day, PLEASE DONT FORGET YOUR BACK!!!!! . this is a simple home workout. Minimal equipment. Feep free to do this using sets. I would do 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Or set it up as a hiit style with your timers. 40/20 split.
