Hi Runners, DUE TO COVID-19, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. We are closely monitoring developments related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), and have decided this year that the Clarksburg Country Run for 2020 is cancelled. Please everyone stay safe and healthy and we look forward to Next Year 2021.

Three days until you cross that finish line! A few last reminders ... Sunday is Daylight Savings. The good one, where you get an extra hour of sleep. Set your clocks back an hour before your go to bed on Saturday night (phones will self-adjust!) Picking up your packet on Saturday at Dick's Sporting Goods -- Delta Shores (10a - 2p) has a lot of perks. Not only do you avoid any race morning hustle to get your bib, or a trip back to your car to stash your shirt, but you'll... also receive a 20% off coupon from Dick's Sporting Goods. Treat yourself to some new gear or maybe start holiday shopping early. After your race, be sure to swing by the cafeteria for your complimentary hot lunch. Aid stations on the course offer water, Gatorade and fruit (half/20m). If you carry gel packets or other nutrition, please be sure to dispose of any trash at the aid stations. See more

Bibs, Timing, Start Times, Results and Awards: Packet Pick Up is Saturday, November 2, from 10am to 2pm, at Dick's Sporting Goods - Delta Shores (Delta Shores Shopping Center, 8214 Delta Shores Cir S, Sacramento, CA 95832). You can also register in-person at this time. Race morning, you can also pick your bib up, or register, from 6:30 am until 15 minutes before your race start. All registration on race morning is held in the gym at Delta High School. Timing chips ...will be adhered to the back of your bib (except for kids fun run). Start Times are: .......8:00 am - 20 Mile .......8:10 am - Kids Fun Runs .......8:30 am - Half Marathon .......8:45 am - 5K and 10K Early Starts are not permitted. Race bibs must be worn on the front of your body, visibly, on your outermost layer of clothing. Please do not wear your bib on your back. It's important for your bib to be visible to course officials, timing officials, and photographers. It is critical that you participate in the event for which you are registered. If you need to change divisions, you can email/message us in advance, or make the adjustment at packet pick up or race day. We would appreciate making these adjustments in advance of race morning. Email changes before Friday to: acopfoundation@ gmail .com Results will be posted at: http://acop.racetecresults.com/results.aspx The 5K, 10K and 20 Mile will be scored by Net (chip) Time, and awarded accordingly. Awards are presented 3 deep per age division in each gender. The Half Marathon, since it is the PAUSATF Championship, will be scored by Gun Time, and awarded by gun time placement. Net time will be reported, but not considered for official placements. Awards are presented 3 deep per age division. Awards will be available for pick up on race day near to the results computers. Race week is here! As you gear up for the weekend, here is some information that we hope you will find helpful: Weather. The forecast is for sunshine , high 76, low 39. Currently no wind nor precipitation is anticipated. Gear Check. Given the cool morning temps, you'll probably come dressed with layers. We offer a place to check your sweats (the gym) during your run/walk. Still need to sign up? You can register online through race morning, or in-person at packet pic...k up or race day. Parking. Most cars are parked on the field at Delta High School, and there is plenty of parking. Do plan on giving yourself extra time to get to Clarksburg, since most people will be arriving via the same few roads. Picking up your bib. Packet pick up will be held at Dick's Sporting Goods - Delta Shores on Saturday, 11/2 from 10am to 2pm, (8214 Delta Shores Cir S, Sacramento, CA 95832). We also offer race day pick up starting at 6:30 am. Changes to your entry. If you need to change divisions - ie. from the 20 mile to the 1/2 marathon, etc., we would appreciate making these adjustments in advance of race weekend.
