FOSTER’S NEEDED NOW!!! Mountain community, we need your help more than ever!!! We need pre-approved foster homes ASAP!!! We are getting calls non stop for local found animals and local animals that need a home. We cannot take any animals without foster homes. We do not have a facility and boarding is getting harder to come by. These animals end up at Devore Shelter or back on the street because sometimes the finders cannot hold onto them and we don’t have any foster homes!... What we need from the community are emergency fosters (up to 2 weeks), short term fosters (a couple months) and long term fosters (until the animal finds a loving home). As a foster, we pay for everything!!! Food, litter, medical care, etc. All we need from you is to keep the animal safe and loved until the owner is found, until we find another foster or until we find the animal a forever home. Please help us help our lost, found and abandoned mountain animals. They are innocent animals and need our help. We cannot do it alone and cannot help when we have nowhere for them to go!! Lucy and Easy need a new home or rescue by September 1st! Elderly owner has to move and sadly can no longer care for them. They are bonded sisters and would like to stay together. They are 6 year old Queensland Heeler/Lab mixes, spayed, will be up to date on shots and house trained. They weigh about 65lbs. They are very good, sweet dogs and are smart. They love to play with each other and relax together. They have gotten along with a cat in the household and other dogs that... have come to visit and at the dog park. They are not barkers unless someone comes to the door or they see a dog walk by while outside. They would be best with older children as they are big and playful so could accidentally knock a young child down. NEED HOMES OR A FOSTER HOME WITHIN A WEEK Owners are moving and can’t take them. Peanut is 2 years old, neutered. He is very cuddly, not a fan of dogs. Not sure about other cats, but lived with Negan. ... Negan is 3 years old, neutered. Loves dogs but is a very independent cat. Not sure about other cats but he lived with Peanut.

These six sweet kitties are looking for their forever home! They are 5 months old, spayed/neutered, have their first set of shots and have been feline leukemia tested (negative). They will be microchipped and get their boosters too. MISTY- She is a petite little girl who is very sweet. She loves to play and she will come to you when she wants some loving. She is vocal when she wants your attention. She is also very smart and watches TV. ... BLONDIE- She is a beautiful girl who is very sweet, loves to play and loves getting attention and cuddles. She is smart and enjoys her food! SHADOW- She is a sweet little girl who enjoys her loving and playing. She does vocalize a little when she wants attention. She will do best in a home with older children and not too much commotion. She and her brother Pathfinder, who look like twins, would like to be adopted together as they love each other. But we will consider adopting separately. PATHFINDER- He and his sister Shadow are almost identical in looks, but have very different personalities. He is larger and much more outgoing and rambunctious. He loves to play and will demand attention. He and his sister Shadow would like to be adopted together as they love each other. But we will consider adopting separately. SIDEWAYS- The picture says it all! He is a very sweet loving boy who loves to play and demands attention and is vocal to let you know. He and his brother Squirt are best buddies and would also like to stay together. But we will consider adopting separately. SQUIRT- This is Squirt. He is extremely sweet & loving. Loves to play and get attention. And loves his brother Sideways. They would like to be adopted together. But we will consider adopting separately.
