Excited to announce that I will be giving lesson at Power Alley in Rancho Cordova. Group lessons on Thursday’s will begin in February.

Prepare the pregame and post game meal. Listen if they need to share Create a positive environment Ultimately no matter the outcome I am proud of the players on the field taking risk to be the hero. . When a Nurse is putting an IV in a baby if she has any doubts she won’t get it in. . If Surgeon has any doubts that he can’t remove the lump then he can’t. . If your athlete has any doubts that she can’t get a hit then she can’t. ... . Belief is of the mind, KNOWING is an inner trust. . What kind of conversations are we having with our athletes? . I will be open for lessons next Week, if your athlete would like to get out of the house, have some fun, and get some energy out i will be available . For those athletes that have been going non-stop this might be a great opportunity to communicate with your parents that your body needs a break. For those athletes that have been injured, this is the much needed time for you to recover. ... For those that feel this may put you or your athlete at risk health wise please stay home. If money is a concern PM me, and we will work it out. I will be taking it day by day. Thank you.
