John Hutson - President/CEO Mr. Hutson was born in California in the San Joaquin Valley and raised primarily in Japan. Mr. Huston’s background is extensive in electrical construction and as an Electrical Superintendent, he has run some of the largest construction sites in the valley, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Marjoree Mason Center for Domestic Violence and the Board of Directors for Chinatown revitalization Inc. Mr. Hutson is past chairman of the City of Fresno Public Utilities Commission and his other job is Manager and CEO of the National Electrical Contractors Association, Central California branch. Currently Mr. Hutson has been elected to a three year term as Executive Secretary for the Building and Construction Trades for Fresno, Madera, Tulare and Kings Counties AFL-CIO.
