Our Bistro49 team is looking forward to another great Saturday Southern Supper this weekend! We'll be joined by Le Mulet Rouge Wine Tasting for some great food & wine pairings! It's time for another Saturday Southern Supper this Saturday!

Well, tonight was a blast. For those that joined us, thank you. For those who couldn’t, we missed you. Chef Jared Ralls brought his incredible culinary talent to Bistro49 and showcased his New Orleans heritage in every dish. We started the evening with a traditional New Orleans Sazerac cocktail, and followed with course after course of wonderful flavors of southern Louisiana. From Gumbo, to gulf prawns and rockfish, pork in various styles, and Banana’s Foster bread pudding,... tonight was a Covid-safe culinary journey everyone enjoyed. And we enjoyed serving you. If you want to purchase tickets to any of our future event dinners you must join our Culinary Laboratory Members group page on Facebook. We will announce our events on our main Facebook and Instagram pages, but tickets are only sold through our Culinary Laboratory Members page on a first-come-first-served basis. Tonight’s event sold out in just 45 minutes from the time we announced it, so tune in to our pages if you’d like to join us for a future dinner event. Thank you again to Chef Jared and all the guests who traveled down to Louisiana with us tonight. If you’re ever in Lake Tahoe and would like a fabulous meal in a historic venue (think Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra) visit the Crystal Bay Casino Steak and Lobster House.
