Youth for Change

Youth for Change is looking for a Family Navigator in our Differential Response program. This is a full-time position based out of Marysville, CA. BASIC PURPOSE: Engage families identified through the Yuba County Differential Response Services Program and provide comprehensive support/ case management services that strengthen each family. Surround each family referred by Yuba County Child and Adult Protective Services with individualized links and support to access community services, resources and information to foster positive parenting and child development, and individualized activities to ensure optimal family function and child safety.

The 6th Street Center for Youth is looking for a Case Manager. This is a full-time position, located in Chico, CA. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, this position functions as a member of the 6th Street Center Team. The 6th Street Center Case Manager is a key position in providing care to the youth who enter center services. This individual will complete intakes, write service plans, contribute to staff meetings and ensure all service plans are being followed. This individual must provide services according to the policies and procedures of Youth for Change. Case Managers must be flexible, organized and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
