Hello all, Happy National Coffee Day! A few years ago, some of our preschoolers created their own classroom coffee shop called "Piggy's Coffee Shop" after taking a field trip to a local coffee shop. The children explored around the coffee shop and observed how Ms. Nikki, the barista, grinded coffee beans and made coffee for the customers. The coffee shop owner, Mr. Nima was kind enough to treat all the children hot cocoas. YUM! #coffeecoffeecoffee #ycissv #ycis #preschool #emergentlearning

The preschoolers in our Dragonfruit class have created some pretty impressive art work while also studying insects. They have written their own song about a Bee as well and had a great time singing it together. #inventive #EmergentLearning #bilingualeducation #mandarin #preschool #insects
