Ready to sweat?! Today's Pulse routine had us dripping from head to toe! Wanna try it yourself? Begin with a progressive warm-up for 10 minutes, making the last 2 minutes the highest intensity. Then, onto the routine. Ball Slam to Wind Sprint (2 slams, 1 lap) x3, 4, 5... Bike Sprint x 30sec. Strider Row (3 strides + 1 row = 1 rep) x6, 8, 10 Wall Ball Burpee x8, 10, 12 Box Plyo Step Up x 12, 14, 16ea. This is an EMOM WORKout, which means every minute on the minute you perform the reps for that exercise, then rest the remainder of the minute. Once the next minute starts, you do it all over again. The reps for each one are recommended for Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced athletes. Perform 5 rounds (5 minutes) on each exercise then rest 90 seconds before starting the next one. Have fun

August 24, 2015: Opening Day. With the walls still drying from being painted the night before, to holding up our logo because it wasn’t yet attached to the concrete wall, to wondering if anyone would show up. These past 5 years we’ve gotten to witness miracles as some of you found fitness for the first time, fell in love with it again, or used it to push through some of the most challenging times in your lives. Thank you for sticking by us, for your sweat and sacrifice. Our studio doors WILL open again, and then we’ll celebrate. For now, virtual hugs and high fives to every single person who has walked through our doors regardless of how many classes you’ve taken. Forever grateful. #weworkforit
