Desarrollar un Perfil de una Página para su Transición a la Edad Adulta martes, 23 de febrero del 2021 5:00 PM a 6:30 PM En este taller interactivo, las Instructoras de Pensamiento Centrados en la Persona certificadas por el WRC, Rhiannon Maycumber y Megan Mendes, presentarán a los participantes el Perfil de Una Página (OPP, por sus siglas en ingles), una herramienta que se utiliza para compartir información valiosa sobre una persona. Las instructoras guiarán a los partici...pantes en la creación de un OPP, compartirán consejos sobre qué información incluir y discutirán cómo el uso de un OPP puede ayudar a una transición más fluida a la edad adulta. Al final del taller, los participantes habrán desarrollado un borrador de un OPP que pueden comenzar a compartir con familiares, amigos y otras personas que lo apoyen a usted o a su hijo/a con una discapacidad.
