Antonio Hernandez is a busy family man, spending his retirement years doing the things he loves. At Visalia Medical Clinic, there is no greater priority than the health and safety of our patients, team members, and the community we serve. Last week, a report was released that ranked various masks on their ability to contain respiratory droplets and aerosols. This study showed that fleece neck gaiters actually performed worse than no mask at all, and subject others around the wearer to increased aerosolized particles. Due to this potential for increased spread, we will no longer permit neck gaiters at any of Visalia Medical Clinic's locations.
