We want to thank many of you for helping the global cause of reducing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now more than ever, we need all the help we can get to limit the spread of this infectious virus. We are asking you and everyone to continue your social distancing and avoidance of visits to the community. By working together, we hope that with a unified focus on community protection, this time apart from loved ones in the community will be shorter for everyone. During t...his time, we are focusing intently on limiting the spread of COVID-19 where we can. Our efforts will only be successful when everyone effectively participates. We are working hard to keep every resident at home within the community; to reduce the risk of virus transmission. We are working to protect our staff from unnecessary exposure in an effort to keep them healthy and continue to provide the care to the residents they serve. We recognize that some families and friends provide supplies and groceries to their loved ones. We welcome this to continue, but we are asking for an increased focus on safety during this critical time. If you provide supplies to your family member who lives in one of our communities, you are a vital part of the effort of keeping infections away from the community. For Deliveries to the Community, We Need Your Help With the days and weeks ahead, we ask that you schedule the drop off through the Executive Director of the community so that we can ensure supplies are properly disinfected before coming into the community. We ask that you do not attempt to enter the community at any time so we can protect the environment from any unnecessary risk and exposure. Thank you for all you do to support this cause; working together and with your help we will continue to focus on limiting the spread of this virus. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected].

With all the news surrounding COVID-19, we understand that families have unique questions and concerns. To help alleviate the anxiety, our community wanted to provide some answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ). Q: I’m hearing that I cannot visit my family at the community like I had been, is that true? A: Yes. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advises visitation restrictions. Based on the CDC guidelines, resident visitations are strictly limited to th...Continue reading

Our main focus right now is the care of your loved ones, our residents. To further limit the spread of this virus, we have implemented a restriction on all visitors except community staff, healthcare professionals, and other essential individuals that support the care of residents. Friends or family members whose loved one is receiving end-of-life care will be allowed. This restriction is effective immediately. Also, per Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recomme...ndation, the community has suspended communal dining and are taking all meals to residents rooms. We appreciate your patience and support, as we know the unknown is concerning and you might have questions. We ask that you direct message us through our Facebook page, as the community is being inundated with telephone calls. We will continue to monitor the situation closely as this is a rapidly changing situation and we are continually monitoring with the CDC and federal, state and local government. We will adjust our operations, as appropriate and mandated, in this rapidly changing environment. If you would like to read more on CDC recommendations, visit: http://bit.ly/33siBeE

On Thursday, March 12, California State Governor, Gavin Newsom, mandated additional restrictions on visitors to senior living communities due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Effective immediately, these restrictions have been put in place: All visitors are required to show identification and complete a health screening questionnaire to limit those with potential symptoms of COVID-19.... We allow a maximum of two visitors per resident each day. The visit must occur in the resident's room. Visiting hours are limited until the restrictions are lifted. Please contact the community directly for visiting hours. We ask that unless there is an essential need to visit, we suggest our visitors refrain from in person visits at this time. We will make every effort to offer additional means of resident contact via FaceTime or other online chat platforms. At this time, we are suspending all community outings. Due to the evolving information on COVID-19, we are actively monitoring and following Center for Disease Control (CDC), state and local health departments guidelines. Our community will continue to work closely with the CDC and the state to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
