B)If they don't answer its much easier since now you can default them right away to prevent from answering and they automatically loose. Step 10 Prepare the Judgment. A)If it goes to court, you will get the judgment decision in front of the judge. B)If you Default them, you can have the judgment prepared and filed Step 11 A)assuming you won, you take your writ of possession to the sheriff and in days they are gone or removed YOUR DONE.
