Okay ladies and gentlemen please check out this job... so, this client had a mess of a backyard that was highly overgrown along the fence line the ground was totally uneven from what I understand she paid somebody to come in grade the property and all they did was push it up against the fence and leave it in piles around the far side of the house. Well you know me and my guys we won't stand for that. What I did was come in with a tractor and backhoe and just completely levele...d the whole place and took out the overgrown trees. I then put weed preventative fabric over the entire 3176 square foot yard then I use the drawing that the client gave me which if you look through the pictures you'll see near the very end but I took this picture and a couple cans of spray paint Andrew with different colors the end result you see before you. I used over 400 feet of Bender board, 6 yards of gold premium DG, 12 yards of pea gravel and 3 yards of mocha recycled bark. My client was very interested in having the pathway for not only herself but her grandkid to ride their tricycles on yes I said tricycles LOL. None of that please look at the before and after pictures let me know what you guys think this was definitely a test of my resolve this was very physical for me and Henry but I truly think it looks amazing. If you or someone you know has a front yard or backyard project and you would like to get a free estimate please send me a message I will relay my phone number and then we can set up a time for me to provide you with that estimate. The best thing you could do for me is to share my post like and share my post please. See more

So I'm a few days late on my pictures I do apologize but because of the holidays and the weather it has taken a very unusually longer time to complete this job. I still have to put the polymeric sand on the pavers to fill in the cracks in between but I wanted to get this picture out there for exposure to the different types of jobs that we do here at amputee for hire. So this particular client was tired of the mud in the back and wanted to place for the dog as you can tell we... removed the fire pit and lots of different potted plants the existing grass was removed and we installed a new 21 ft of drainage and a couple drain caps and of course as you can tell 275 square feet of new artificial turf. You can tell the dog loves it already take a gander at the top left-hand corner of the picture LOL hahaha. In the front the original plan was for me to remove the makeshift steps to the front door out of stepping stones and widen the driveway. So that was done and as we were digging out for the artificial turf people client asked us to fill in the low spots in the front of her house in order for her to create a sitting area and I discussed a couple options with her and offered her a great deal on installation of new paver sitting area. Here are the before and after pictures please take the time to scroll through them most importantly we ask that you please please share our post in our page. I obviously am a very small business and appreciate all of the exposure that I can get in order to continue to work during this time that our country is going through. If you or someone you know would like to get a free estimate on some work please feel free to send me a message and we will get you on the schedule. Let me know what you think of this job. See more

Merry Christmas everybody !!! I forgot to post this when I finished it the other day. So this time of year most people's yards have completely gotten out of control from the summer and fall and are looking pretty rough so this particular client gave me a call and asked me to please come in do a yard rehab otherwise known as a major clean up. Nonetheless we fell quite a large tree and did some major trimming on some really high hedges. This job is obviously self-explanatory s...o please pause for just a minute and look through the before and after pictures and let me know what you think. Keep in mind if you or someone you know has a highly overgrown yard and you have specific things you want to keep and some things you want to have disposed of that's one of our specialties so don't hesitate to give us a call or send me a message and please please please like and share my page. Have a Merry Christmas See more

Did this job today for a repeat customer. We removed the weeds lay down weed preventative fabric installed 1 and 1/2 yards mocha recycled bark and approximately one yard of black lava rock

Almost 300 ft of brand new drainage that we installed in this particular clients I should say backyard but it goes from the backyard all the way to the street in the front. This client had a ton of rocks they don't want any grass or weeds so of course they're elderly folks and they've been having problems the past couple of years of everything flooding and there's no drainage there drainage is original to the house. So none the less we raked all of the rock out of the way put... the dirt on tarps so it didn't get mixed in with the rocks we cut a 6in wide Gap several feet long in her existing concrete and we also attached all of the downspouts to the house into the new drainage then covered everything back up. If you're having serious drainage issues with your place right now would be the time to give me a call and let us come out and give you a free estimate on putting in some new drainage cuz it'll only get worse as time goes by and the last thing you want to do is wait until water comes into your home before addressing the situation. So I finally finish this job up this morning. This particular job we ran into an issue with the concrete pouring in the widening of the driveway. We poured a sidewalk on the side of the house which the client was perfectly happy with. However the day the concrete was poured I had to leave early and I was unable to see what the job look like at the end of the day when it was finished. When I showed up the following day the client immediately came out and told me he would no lo...nger need my services because he did not like the quality of the poor in the driveway. Now at first I had said okay sure no problem and we were going to go ahead and move on but I further inspected the driveway pouring and noticed that there were several mistakes that were made so I asked the client if he would allow me to make it right and he said well I will not authorize you to do any of the rest of the project until I see what you do with the concrete. So we busted it out threw it away this time I mixed it Formed it and poured it myself and finished a large portion of it until of course my knees gave out. When we were finished I asked the client to come out and take a look and he was very happy with it and said that he would talk to his wife and he told me that evening that he would like for us to finish our project. So with that being said here are the before and after pictures not only did we widen the driveway by two feet we poured a concrete walkway along the side of the house also we formed and poured a new concrete curbing which you can see in the pictures removed I believe it was 9:00 bushes adjusted the entire sprinkler system and remove the existing sod. Once the concrete was poured and the curbing was finished we came back this morning remove the forms and installed brand new drip line for the existing bushes and brand new 200 square foot of new sod.. I tell you this story because I want everyone to know that sometimes when we contractors go to do a job it doesn't always work out the way we want it to. So rather than firing your contractor bring the mistakes that you see to their attention and see if they're willing to make it right the right contractor will do so if they are talk to appropriately as I was by this particular client who was legitimately upset and rightfully so. My crew and I made it right and we were hired to finish the rest of the project. Anyway enjoy the pictures it's not a real big job but it was definitely a challenge so if you or someone you know is looking to have something like this done please don't hesitate to contact me so we can come and give you a free estimate. Hi everybody! I finished this job this afternoon. This is a repeat customer. I have worked for this client a couple of times and from what I can tell I will be continuing to do so. Let me tell you what we did, so this is the far back side of the house and it gets used for barbecuing and what have you and as most of us know the far back side of our house is usually left to its own devices. My client wanted a Space 2 actually have her a barbecue grill and possibly a small set o...f table and chairs and of course a more accessible way to get there. We removed two trees ground the stumps, removed an old rotting wood deck, extended the retaining wall planter box by about six or eight feet we installed 115 square foot of new pavers with a charcoal border. I moved the existing stones and rocks levelled it out used road base to make sure that it was nice and hard and stable then I put in the large 18 by 18 pavers and of course we added one to one and a half inch River Rock approximately one quarter of a yard. Also we installed one and a quarter yard of new three-quarter inch River smooth River Rock. I did also install about seventy feet of new Bender board that paralleled the concrete curbing in the backyard however I forgot to take the pictures. Nonetheless the showstopper is obviously the paver section which is a nice little sitting and barbecue area in the far back side of the house. Let me know what you guys think and again please share my posts like my page share my page and refer your local small business such as myself. Thank you for the repeat business See more

So here is a job we just finished today. Henry and I started this job yesterday we removed 1193 square feet add existing bad and dead lawn we also removed 135 linear feet of Bender board that was just done terribly. I'm assuming when this the landscape project was originally done it could have been very beautiful however whoever installed this did not do a quality job. Henry and I took out all of the Bender board all of the weeds in grass and about 2 in of soil and rocks we l...eveled used a heavy roller, then spread 3 1/2 yards of 50/50 topsoil and then of course used a heavy roller again. We installed the Bender board correctly with over 50 spikes in order to hold it into place properly. I say that because whoever put this in did a horrible job they may have put one Spike every 5 ft. We reinstalled the 1200 square foot of new sod after replacing 3 sprinklers with 52 foot spraying sprinkler heads to cover and make sure that this client had 100% coverage of his new sod. There was a 12 ft in diameter circle of dirt and River Rock which I'm an only assuming somebody put this in to be a planter box. So we took away almost eight yards of dirt and rock and leveled it out. We will be installing a circle pattern paver in that area sometime in the future. Nonetheless we did run into a few problems with broken pipes in areas we were not working but we went ahead and fixed them for the client and here is the finished job. I hope I got all of my picture angles correct let me know what you think. If you or someone you know is looking to have a project done especially if you're going to install sod right now is actually the perfect time to install sod. In California you can usually install sod 365 days a year as long as it's watered properly and installed properly. That being said right now is actually the perfect time to install sod.. So thank you for reading my post let me know what you think and please please please like and share my page as well as all of my posts. See more

Here are a few pictures of the job we finished yesterday it was a pretty late day yesterday and today so I just now got around to posting these pictures. This client wanted 672 square feet of new patio. The original plan was to install 79 foot of drainage but it ended up being almost a hundred feet with five drain caps. And as well we had to grind several large roots from a very large stop that I also ground down. We removed a very large crepe myrtle in the back corner becaus...e we installed 375 square feet of brand new artificial turf and crepe myrtles make a huge mess although they are very beautiful. We took apart the brick wall it had been cracked and lifted and very uneven in several places so we removed it remove the roots leveled it stuck it back together and mortared the cracks. None the less here are the before and after pictures one of my family members asked me to try and stand in the exact same spot when I take the before pictures as well as the after pictures and I explained to her that I do my best to try to remember to do that however after a 4 or 5 day job working that hard sometimes you just want to take the pictures and go home. So I tried to do that and this post please enjoy the pictures let me know what you think and if you or someone you know is looking to get something done outdoor let me know I do everything Landscaping and then some if it's outdoors we do it. I almost forgot we also added weed fabric around the outside edges of both the concrete and the artificial turf and put in approximately 3.25 yards three-quarter inch black and white gravel. So just finished this job today. This was a fence tear out and replacement. This was a little over a hundred and twenty-five feet of fencing that was on a incline and the client did not want a sloped fence she wanted a step-down tiered fence on a 2 x 12 kicker. If you look at the photos closely you will see the original fence during the tear out process you will see the rebuilt fence and then you will see the rebuilt fence with the Redwood transparent weatherproofing that we ...applied after building defense. There is one photo where there are two sections of fence one without the weather protectant in one with. Some of the last pictures are from the inside of the yard. All in all this fence is absolutely beautiful!! I have to say Henry and I did an amazing job on this fence and this is something that we are proud of. Let us know what you think and what kind of job you think we did also if you would please Cher and like my posts when my followers like and share my posts it reaches more and more people which in turn brings more and more business to my small business. Thank you for reading my post I hope everyone is doing well and again please like and share this post and leave a comment on what you think. See more

This is two different jobs and I do apologize I completely forgot to take the before pictures but I can let you know that the grassy area this client had lawn but it was multiple different types of grass with weeds and quite a few bare spots so we removed it and installed 580 square feet of new sod. And the concrete on the far side of a different client house where this particular client had somebody come and do a concrete patio for them which they did an incredibly horrible ...horrible job and they told the client we have a little extra concrete what do you want us to do with it so they dumped it on the far side of her house what they neglected to tell her was it was nearly two yards of concrete and another thing they neglected to do was finish it they just dumped it spread it out and left it. My clients little boy was playing in the backyard and he got back there and tripped and fell on the rough Jagged concrete that these losers had left on the side of her house and hurt himself and now has a permanent scar. She called me and I came out and took the measurements busted out the old concrete and install new concrete and of course with a broom finish. Here are the before and after pictures oh, I mean sorry here are the after pictures I was tired and I forgot to take the before pictures See more

We did this job this week as well. We widened this clients driveway so they could park both of their vehicles I believe three vehicles actually. We removed existing weeds and rock we put weed preventative fabric down installed a sprinkler system for a future planter box project my client is going to build 6 planter boxes and wanted a way to water each individual box separately so I installed a hard line drip system. And on the far side of the house we removed Rock and weeds and installed artificial turf. This is approximately 225 square feet of artificial turf and the line you see on there is not a seam it is a shadow make sure you look closely. Here are the before and after pictures let me know what you think

So we did this clean up for one of my clients I believe on Saturday here are a couple of before and after pictures

Amputee For Hire 05.07.2020

Hello again everyone! So in case you were wondering where my posts are this is where I've been for the past week. This particular client had two very tall I'm going to say at least 60 to 75 foot redwoods right next to her house between her house and another house. We fell those to Redwood trees, ground down the stumps and The Roots, cleaned it all up, put weed preventative Fabric and 3/8 pea gravel per the request of the client. There is also a proximately 70 feet by 4 foot p...lanter box we built along the back and left side of the yard. Of course I lined the fencing with one by 12 Redwood boards and then built the rest with pressure-treated lumber concreting the post into the ground. We filled that box with 16 and 1/2 yards of soil. There was a deck right outside the back door which if you look close at the pictures you can see the footings still in the ground. We removed all of the footings and replaced 514 square feet with brand new pavers providing this client with a beautiful bordered back patio. We also removed several stumps of volunteer trees removed a ton of roots in the yard in order to install 850 square foot of new sod after of course installing sprinklers to ensure 100% coverage. There is approximately 5 yards of 3/8 pea gravel also throughout the yard per the request of the client. Please let me know what you think and if you or someone you know or looking to have something like this done please send me a message and make sure when you send me the message you follow the instructions on the automated return message it will give you my name and my phone number requesting you to send me your name your address and a brief description of what you would like for me to do in order for me to know how long to allow for a free estimate. Danae will get you scheduled and I will come out and see what I can do to help you turn your Backyard Dream into reality. See more

We did this job yesterday. This particular client had several patches of dead grass which I forgot to take the pictures of but none the less we put about 200 square feet new sod throughout the yard moved several sprinkler heads and then We had to install about 40 feet of drainage and connect it to an existing drain that ran from the backyard. It was however under concrete so I cut an 11 inch section of the concrete out and we busted it out threw it away, trenched it, installed the new drainage and then reinstalled the concrete.
