ANNOUNCEMENT: REGISTRATION: Registration is now open for 2021. We know that 2020 was a disappointing year for everyone and that most teams lost their entire season. Those that did play were very limited. USA Softball of Sacramento is pleased to announce that any player or coach that was registered in 2020 is receiving a 100% full registration & insurance credit for the 2021 season. Over the last several months, USA Softball of Sacramento has worked with the National Office an...d our insurance carrier to create this savings for our local membership. League or Team admins must enter all players and coaches into the RegisterUSA portal like normal. Any player or coach that was registered and approved in 2020 (meaning they satisfied all registration requirements), will come up as already registered for 2021. The only charge on your invoice will be for new players and a $10 charge for each coach to cover a new background check as that requirement cannot be waived. All coaches will still need to follow all guidelines in relation to Safesport for the current year. All membership will be issued electronic ID cards for 2021. Please get your teams entered in RegisterUSA to take advantage of the registration/insurance credit. Remember that USA Softball insurance covers you not only for USA play, but any other softball association as well. REGISTRATION PERIOD: The Registration period for USA Softball will be changing in 2021. While we have traditionally been a January - December organization, we will be moving to a September to August registration period beginning in 2021. The registration that you complete now will be good until August 31, 2021. TOURNAMENTS: USA Softball of Sacramento is committed to running events as soon as the state order is lifted and the public agencies (field owners) allow for the rental of their facilities. Our 2021 tournaments are listed on TournamentUSA and are open for sign-ups with no payments due at this time. USA Softball of Sacramento hopes that you and your family have a happy holiday season. California Breeze... thank you for representing our organization with class and sportsmanship on your journey at the Gold Nationals. This was a post by a local family that just took their daughter out to watch some softball and she got so much more!

USA Softball of Sacramento would like to congratulate the CA Breeze on an amazing run at the 16u USA Softball Gold Nationals. They finished the week as the Runner Up in a field full of talent with top teams across the country. They represented our Sacramento Association well despite not having had the opportunity to play in any tournaments prior to this National Championship. Congratulations California Breeze and all the coaches and players for an outstanding week of softball.

Congratulations to the CA Breeze who won again tonight to take them to the Championship Game tomorrow morning in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at the USA Softball Gold National Championship.
