So short but right to the point. Something I've been working a lot in my own life lately. Working with the medicine of REALITY. Moving out of this place of illusion and fantasy and dropping straight into what for me feels like a shadow but is reality. Letting the fairy tale crash into pieces. Some days are joy feeling like I've broke out of bondage from the lies I told myself to stay safe to not take a risk. Other days feel dark amd lonely well because I realize not many want... to venture into the truth. I mean many do but its hard to let go of those that choose to stay behind the veil and continue to live in illusion. Ah yes patience something that is so hard for many of us to possess in a society focused on instant gratification. Lean into yourself, slow down, listen, and remember healing takes time, growing takes time and letting go takes time.
