REPAIR & CALIBRATION Trident Systems and Engineering is committed to quality service that meets every requirement of the customer's specifications and provides the highest standards of technical excellence, quality, and long life. To assure that these goals are met the company has developed a formal, documented, quality assurance system meeting the guidelines of ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, and Mil Std 45662A. The Quality Assurance System is a mandatory system designed to measure, evaluate, and control all aspects of the design, manufacture, test, delivery, and installation of TSE service products. These service products adhere to customer requirements of quality, reliability, and suitability for service. It also, provides for a specific program of review and verification of the calibration and repair process, ready detection of non-conforming vendors and laboratories providing outside service, and for timely and positive corrective action. Trident Systems and Engineering is an active member of National Conference of Standards Laboratories (NCSL). The Technical staff at TSE is highly trained and dedicated. Most members have at least 15 years of experience in the Metrology field. Their training is an ongoing process with participation in The Precision Measurement Association (PMA), and attendance of factory service schools from companies like Fluke and Tektronix. Our lead Repair technician comes to us with almost 20 years experience as Agilent's RF/Microwave Network Analyzer expert. One of our Calibration technician comes from NASA/JPL where he was the main Calibration contact, and the Metrology software developer for their Calibration Laboratory. AREAS OF EXPERTISE INCLUDE: Electronic RF/Microwave Mechanical Dimensional Torque Pressure Temperature Environmental We offer fast turn around time, usually 3 days for calibrations and 7 days for repairs. Onsite Calibration service is available for most calibration items at no additional charge in most areas. We do not charge a set up fee or travel fee. We offer 24 hr, 7 day a week Emergency Response. Also, Free Pickup and Delivery in most areas.
