For round 1, let’s do 45 seconds of move...ment with 25 seconds of rest: 1 TRX Chest Press 1-Leg 2 TRX Balance Lunge (45 sec each leg) 3 TRX Fly/Rollout 4 TRX Sprinter Start (45 sec each leg) For round 2, let’s complete as many rounds as possible with these 3 exercises in 8 minutes. 1 TRX Power Pull 10 reps per side 2 TRX Squat Jumps 15 reps 3 TRX Commando/Shoulder Taps 10 reps Moving on to round 3, we’re going to perform each exercise twice in a circuit with 60 seconds of movement and 25 seconds of rest. 1 TRX Oblique Crunch 2 TRX Lunge (45 sec each leg) 3 TRX Hamstring Curl/Hip Press Round 4 is our final challenge!
