Make your way to Downtown Oroville on October 16th for our Annual Scarecrow Contest! Businesses will be showing off their scariest, cutest, and funniest scarecr...ows. Take a photo and vote for your favorite! Your vote will enter you in to win a $50 gift card to a downtown business of your choosing. To keep things COVID friendly, the scarecrows will be displayed outside to allow for social distancing and drive-by viewings. Participating shops will be showcasing fall arrivals, new displays, and more! Follow us on social media for updates on what each individual shop will be offering.
