Know our guest speakers! Introducing... Dr. Jothi Murali is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine and Trauma Surgery. Her clinical expertise in...clude shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle arthroscopy; upper and lower extremity trauma; shoulder arthroplasty; and pediatric and adolescent injuries. Following her Orthopaedic Surgery Residency and trauma fellowship at Brown University, she came to California to complete her Sports Medicine Fellowship at University of California, Davis. She was lured to California by the perfect weather, but still supports her Boston-based sports teams (go Sox!). She is an avid tennis and soccer player, surfer, hiker and snowboarder and truly understands the importance of restoration of form and function after injury. She seeks to improve her patients' conditions to allow them to fulfill their goals, which involves pursuit of the highest standard of care and educating her patients in depth. She enjoys working with all of her Sports Medicine teammates on and off the field. In her spare time, she enjoys activities with her husband and daughter.
