There have been some incidents of mail theft recently. Please make sure to remove your mail as soon as possible to prevent thefts and report any suspicious behavior to management!

Did you know that we now have a dog park! It is located behind building 292 and is a great place for your dog to run off leash and play!

Beginning the week of December 2nd, construction for the new off-leash dog park will begin behind building area 292. Please follow all signs and remove any vehicles from the designated work area.

Just a reminder, there will be a board meeting for the budget tomorrow, November 5 at 6:30 pm. Hope to see you there!

On Monday evening, there was an incident involving a green Honda as a getaway car by the 312 building. If anyone has any additional information, please pass it on to management. Also, because neighbors were aware of their surroundings and used their awesome neighborhood watch skills, the incident was stopped. Watching out for one another is the first step to making our community safer and crime free! Please remember to report all suspicious activity to the security company or the police!

Looking for something to do tomorrow night? The Hayes Neighborhood Association has extended a welcome to the Oak Grove Neighborhood association, and all are welcome to attend the following event : On behalf of the Hayes Neighborhood Association and the Dolce Hayes Mansion we would like to invite you to our National Night Out Celebration being held on Tuesday, August 6th from 5pm until 8pm. This is one of San Jose's largest events and is free to the public! This year we have ...two live bands scheduled, a complete Polynesian Revue, neighborhood vendor fair, free raffle and much more! We will also have San Jose Police and Fire Department in attendance as well as other dignitaries from our area. The Hayes Mansion will be offering a complete BBQ dinner including drinks and desserts for $10 at the event. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to enjoy a safe evening enjoying the live entertainment. We hope that you can join us!
