Good Beautiful Monday Morning. Eleni and I are reaching out to our community to assist our staff during this challenging time. When we closed the restaurant no one really imagined that our staff would not be able to find work in a couple of weeks when the SIP was lifted. It's been 5 weeks and at this time there isn't a firm date for it to be over. Once it is, the restaurant business is going to look a lot different than it did 2 months ago. This community has rallied for our neighbors and even other communities who suffered substantial loss. We appreciate you and your willingness to help them now. Kindly, Alicia and Eleni
