There is an ad on TV for a dental insurance plan that says you can pay as little as $21 a month for dental insurance. If you multiply that $21 times 12 monthly payments each year, you are paying $252 a year. Unless you have a severe dental problem, would you even spend that much each year on dental care? In fact, the national average is $218 a year. Why not invest that money where it will be safe and secure, where it will grow for you, and have it available when you need it? Join LEX for the nationally acclaimed seminar Building Your Financial Portfolio On $50 A Month on Saturday, January 16th, at 1111 Howe Ave. in Sacramento (9:00am to Noon). We guarantee you will learn things you never knew before and that you will have a lot of fun doing it!

Yes, the holidays are a time for thinking of others but you should not forget about yourself at this time of year. Remember - Exercise + Diet + Spiritual + Sleep = Happiness Just walking for 30 minutes a day (and it doesn't have to be all at once) does as much good as running like a trained athlete. Eat lean protein like fish, eggs, and chicken with lots of fiber (whole grains) and tons of vegetables and a little fruit (we all need some sugar) for your health. Practice your religion or yoga or meditation as well always keep thinking, "I will be healthy." And get a good night's sleep because whatever is bothering you can definitely wait till tomorrow. And LEX has classes on all of these subjects and much more.
